QCHC offers group health and dental insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama to employees who are scheduled for at least 32 hours per week.

QCHC offers twelve (12) days of Vacation time and ten (10) days of Sick time per year. Employees begin to accrue Vacation/Sick leave after successful completion of their 90 day probationary period.

QCHC Retirement Plan
QCHC offers a 401(k) through the Hartford. This benefit is available to Full-time employees after successful completion of their 90 day probationary period. Under our plan QCHC will match 100% of contributions up to 3% of pay deferred and 50% of contributions for the next 2% of deferred pay. Anything contributed over 5% is not matched by QCHC.
