Misty Davis serves as the Director of Business Development for Quality Correctional Health Care (QCHC), where she applies her extensive background in government operations and strategic management to foster partnerships with counties across the Southeast. A graduate of Tusculum College, Misty holds a degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Marketing. In addition to her corporate leadership, she is an elected County Commissioner, which gives her a deep respect for public service and a firsthand understanding of county budgets, contracts, and the bid process. Her combined experience in public governance and business development allows her to effectively align QCHC’s mission of providing high-quality, cost-efficient inmate medical care with the operational goals of county governments.
