Trisha Bates serves as QCHC’s Director of Human Resources. She brings 25 years’ of nursing experience and 13 years’ of Human Resources experience to this position. She helped found QCHC in 2005. She is responsible for employee benefits management, training, staff development, and worker’s compensation. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
